UKIPT: A stop in Dublin this week

Poker enthusiasts in Great Britain found once again tables of tournament after several weeks of rest. The eighth stage of the season two of the UK & Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) has just started this Thursday, September 8 with the influx of hundreds players who came to qualify for the Grand Final of the EPT London Season 8 planned from September 30 to October 5. This tournament which takes place in Dublin is hosted by the prestigious Ballsbridge Inn during these five days of competition. The entrance ticket for the Main Event is set at £ 500 + 60 and during the first edition, this buy-in attracted 589 participants with at the final, the player Max Silver as winner by winning the title and a gain of £ 72,000. The UKIPT Dublin has 10 events this year : the NL of £ 100 and £ 300 buy-in, the Turbo NL High Roller, the High Roller NL, the NL Charity Bounty, the Turbo Poker Triathlon, etc.



At the seventh stage of the UKIPT held in Scotland, 519 players joined The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh for the tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of £ 251,715. At this Scottish stage, Fintan Gavin finish the tournament as winner and won a total gain of £ 61,500. Chris O'Donnell was the champion of the UKIPT Brighton and pocketed £ 71,100 while Richard Sinclair shone during the passage of this poker tournament in Newcastle, and earned £ 67,000. For the first four stages of the UKIPT that took place during the first quarter of this year, we saw the coronation of Sam Razavi in Cork (€ 71,000), Matthew McDerra in Manchester (£ 74,000), Gareth Walker in Nottingham (£ 109,000) and Nicholas Abou Risk in Galway (€ 67,100).
