WPT Season X: In the way to be the most publicized event in the U.S

The World Poker Tour Season 10 (WPT) began at Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles under the spotlight of various international media. The WPT is since 2002 one of the most famous tournaments in the world on the professional circuit after the WSOP. This new season is a new challenge for the world of poker because of the unfortunate adventure experienced by the poker on the country of Uncle Sam, it’s about the Black Friday. According to the words of Steve Heller, the current CEO of the WPT, this new edition promises to be more interesting than the other editions. For many years, the WPT uses a good reputation with the public and poker enthusiasts with its diffusion on TV channels as well as through the official tournament site, magazine, DVDs, video games and goodies in its image. As a reminder, the season of the WPT 9 was the most watched TV program on Fox Sports Network.

To boost the reputation that this tournament gained, the organizers through the Tournament Chairman Adam Pliska, stated that these events can be followed on social networks like Twitter and a live broadcast in various casinos around the world. Thus, fans can watch a live sequence of about thirty minutes with the comment of Tony Dunst. These sequences will be complemented by live information on chip counts or hole cards. And to top it all, the World Poker Tour Season X will be broadcast on Fox Sports Network (FSN) at the beginning of next year.
