Jose Macedo: Legal proceedings of his former employer

While everyone thought that the case Jose "girah" Macedo was definitely closed, the online poker room that employed him doesn't seem to agree as. This former employer of the Portuguese recently decided to launch a legal proceedings against him after the involvement of Dan Cates and Haseeb Qureshi in the case of Macedo scam. Haseeb Qureshi admitted having played in a challenge on the wesite with the account "girah" and also his involvement in this story of chipdumping of $ 100,000 on last May that Macedo made with an account on the same site under the moniker "SamChauhan ". Daniel "jungleman12" Cates also confessed to having played several times on the accounts of Macedo.

Despite the controversial role of Haseeb Qureshi and Dan Cates in these cases of scam and cheating with TeamViewer, this last still retains his role within the professional team of the online poker room. But the case Jose Macedo was back on the front of the stage when he confessed his involvement in cases of scam on the forum TwoPlusTwo. This story led to the breakdown of the sponsorship deal between the site and "girah." Eric Lynch, the manager of the gaming room also declared on TwoPlusTwo that the site has now conducted a legal proceedings against him. But now, no information on the nature of the lawsuit or the State where the charges will be filed has not been disclosed but it is known simply that the online poker room concerned operate under the authority of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC).
