Hold 'Em Not Hassle' Em: A charity tournament to benefit the Youth SVC

For the fifth consecutive year, the Santa Clarita Valley (SCV) association Youth Project and the Chiquita Canyon Landfill will hold together a charity tournament called Hold 'Em Not Hassle'Em. This poker tournament will be held on October 15 and this time, the Gateway Parkway Valencia, California will set up a majestic poker room to host the event. Participants in this meeting will then play Texas Hold'em poker with buy-in of $ 100 for those who register before September 15 and $ 125 for those who register after September 15. During this tournament, players will not only contribute to a charity but they can also win great prizes. There will, for example, travel packs to be won, tickets, hotel stay in Las Vegas and the biggest prize of the game will be a place for the World Series of Poker 2012.

Note that those are not very skilled in poker can still attend the event as a spectator by paying an entry fee of $ 40. They will also participate in the auction, the Italian dinner or try their luck at roulette or blackjack. The benefits at this international event will be assigned to SVC Youth Project to provide assistance to many troubled youth as young people who are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. In 2010, the same tournament allowed the organization to raise $ 30,000 and this year the organizers decided to choose a larger place to accommodate many more players and theyr estimate to record a profit of $ 50,000. On October 15, therefore, the tournament will begin from 6:00 p.m.
