Women In Poker Hall of Fame: Three new players get nominated

Three women players of poker have been elected to join the members of the Women In Poker Hall Of Fame. We are talking here about Krysty Gazes, Margie Heintz and Phyllis Caro. Note that the Women In Poker Hall Of Fame was established in 2008 in order to pay respect to women who achieved remarkable success in poker and having done their best to promote this game. A ceremony will be held on September, 2011 at Golden Nuggets Casino, Las Vegas to officially introduce these ladies. After this ceremony, they will have henceforth their honorable place beside the 10 members of this prestigious circle like Jennifer Harmann, Kathy Liebert, Cindy Violette or Marsha Wagoner.

If we introduce a little bit these new members, poker players know Krysty Gazes by her performances in many tournaments. She won 10 paid places in the World Series of Poker, 11 silver places in the World Poker Tour and her bankroll counts more than 1 million dollars at the moment. According to Hendon Mob’s classification, Gazes ranks at the 19th position of all women players compiling the greatest earnings. In other hand, Phyllis Caro is no one but Mike Caro’s wife, the famous poker book author. She is the manager of Hollywood Casino's poker operations. The public had the opportunity to see Margie Heintz working as croupier in poker rooms during the WSOP. And currently, she is the person responsible of the poker branch of El Dorado Casino.
