EPT Tallinn: A low attendance for Day 1A

The eighth season of the circuit European Poker Tour (EPT) has just started in the heart of the Estonian capital, Tallinn. Although the buy-in of the tournament is very affordable, the event has not accumulated the expected success because they were only 92 players who have joined the poker room of Swissotel to take part in the Day 1A. Despite this low peak recorded during the first day of competition, this stage of the inaugural EPT Season 8 promises to deliver an exceptional poker show to the public. Many former EPT champions were part of the field to name Martin Jacobson who amply demonstrated his competence to play, the EPT Prague champion Roberto Romanello and Kent Lundmark who won the EPT Barcelona. This first day of this poker tournament also welcomed players such as Fernando Brito, Kevin Vandermissen, Mathew Frankland and Maksim Kolosov.

An interesting action was available on the table games and the public has been able to admire a face-off between the winner of the EPT San Remo Season 7 Elder Rupert and the champion of the EPT Prague Season 4, Arnaud Mattern and they were all qualified for the second day of competition. At the end of Day 1A so, it stayed only 68 survivors for Day 2 and most of the stars present in the starting field were all qualified for the rest of the competition as Robert Romanello, Praz Bansi, David Vamplev and Martin Jacobson. The Day 1B started this Wednesday, August 3.
