IPT San Remo: The Italian poker event on July 28 to August 1st
The Italian Poker Tour (IPT) is the biggest poker festival in Italy. And if during the first season, the result was not entirely satisfactory, the second season registered for its part a huge success especially with the holding of new steps. Note that the third season started a few months ago and the IPT already stopped at Cassin, Portomaso and Nova Gorcia. From July 28 to August 1st, it will be the turn of the city of San Remo to host this great event. The poker room of Casino San Remo will be the meeting point for Italian fans of poker, but amateur and professional of the game around the world are also welcome.
On the menu, there will be the main event accessible for a buy-in of € 2,200 and the kickoff is scheduled for Thursday, July 28 at 2:00 p.m. The event brought together a field of 344 participants last year and Alessandro Minassi grabbed the victory with a prize of € 172,000. A much better result could be registered this year. Note that qualifying satellite tournaments for this great event took place since July 27 with a buy-in of € 250. Besides the Main Event which will elect the one who will succeed Minassi, players present at San Remo will also participate in various side events such as the Ladies Event of € 1,100 scheduled for July 30 at 2:00 p.m and the NLH € 630 Bounty Event which will close the event on July 31.
