Phoenix Poker-club: A new club of poker in Folgoët
The three founders of Phoenix Poker-club are determined to develop poker in Britain and carry it high as possible. These founders of the poker club who are Franck Mobihan, president, Jean-François Perros vice-president and Serge Pronost, Honorary President and initiator of the Pokerton intend to make poker a game of “reflexion, patience, discipline and fair play”. Besides, in accordance with the actual rules, this new folgoatian poker club aims as objective “the practice, organization and poker coaching”.
Like any new club of poker, Phoenix Poker-club has its own projects. Thus, all along the year, this folgoatian poker club foresees to organize two tournaments during which, members will fight between them. Prizes offered by local shopping will reward the best players. In the same vein, introductory poker courses will be provided monthly during a Sunday afternoon for four hours at the room Ty An Holl from September. As other activities, Phoenix Poker Club will organize tournament surprise on Wednesday and Friday. Its members will also participate in the Breton inter-club tournament on November 5 and 6 of this year. The association will also receive a step of the inter-club in February 2012. The organization of the fourth edition of Pokerton will be also in the program of the new poker club. Parties will be played at the Chevaliers Notre-Dame club-house on the evening of Wednesday and Friday from September. In addition, the club will also focus on charitable tournaments.
