WSOP Ladies Event 2011: Marsha Wolak triumph face to 1,055 opponents

After having been the number one and best player among the 1,055 participants of the Ladies Event No Limit Hold'em Championship of $ 1,000, Marsha Pollack succeeded to the French poker star Vanessa Hellebuyck. She therefore win her first gold bracelet by becoming the world champion of poker and her triumph let her also earned a gain of $ 192,344. Note that she eliminated her compatriot Karina Jett at the final duel and this last pocket thanks to her ranking as runner-up the second prize of $ 119,010. The only man present at the gaming tables, Jonathan Espein had to settle for the 9th place.



In the other poker room of Rio, the action did not fail in the Poker Player Championship tournament of $ 50,000. This prestigious event indeed gathered all the stars of the planet and recorded a field of 128 participants. After two days of battles, the field narrowed to 74 participants.
