Cercle Clichy Montmartre : Greg Ravise won the Very Deep tournament

The administrative closure of both Wagram and Haussmann gambling circles is inevitably felt by the customer of gambling and poker in Paris. However, this great lack is filled by the offers from other gambling places such as the Cercle Clichy Montmartre which has just offered to poker fans a pleasant event. In fact, the las weekend was a test for the gambling establishment in the French capital which will no doubt multiply tournaments in the coming days. Thus, officials organized a tournament called Very Deep, available for € 200 buy-in for two days from Saturday 18 and Sunday 19, June. This poker event received a real success with the presence of 139 players at the start of the race.



This two-day tournament of the Cercle Clichy Montmartre had as structure 20,000 chips and rounds of 40 minutes each. Gradually, the most competitive players distinguished themselves from other less experienced. At the end of the course, the first 20 participants of the event were rewarded with the five first players at the top of the table received each a ticket of € 500. The best of all was Greg Ravise, known under the pseudonym of “Juda” who eliminate the runner-up, Moubine Baccary in the night of Sunday and which ended only at dawn of Monday. As winner, he pocketed € 6,800 in addition of course, of the ticket of € 500 to the top players. In addition, Greg is planning to join Las Vegas to participate in the World Series of Poker.
