France Poker Masters: A second place for Estelle Denis

As we have seen, a plethora of poker pro completed the field of the High Roller tournament of the France Poker Masters. If some of them knew very bad fate by being eliminated early on, others resisted and had access to the final table of the event. After the exit of the table of the last three victims, the final table began. The audience of the poker room of the Aviation Club de France (ACF) thought that it will be one of the top qualified players for the final namely Estelle Denis, Marvin Rettenmaier or Lucien Cohen who would be the one that will carry the trophy. But the game decided otherwise, the lovely Estelle Denis inclined at the second position. Indeed, Carlos Lopez was better than her.

After two hours of confrontation during the final heads'up, the two players seceded with the victory of Carlos Lopez who earned a premium of € 67,050. Even if Estelle Denis missed the title, she demonstrated once again her talent for the game. With this beautiful performance, the poker star has pocketed € 47,900. Note that with a field of 103 players, the tournament prize pool amounted to € 244,000 and the 18 best players in the game have been entitled to rewards. The stars of the game clashed with fans and regulars of the circle game during the final of the FPT IV. The chip leader of the day, Mathieu Lamagnière could reach the fourth place while Marvin Rettenmaier and Lucien Cohen had to settle for the 6 th and 8 th place. Emeric Marcia ended the event at the third step of the podium, Mikko Sundell, Xavier Laszcz and Mikko Turtuainen ranked respectively at the 5th, 7th and 9th place.
