Barrière Poker Tour: The town of Lille will host its third stage
The reputation of the Barriere Poker Tour (BPT) circuit is already acquired since its first edition as the event always offered to poker enthusiasts wonderful programs and flawless organization. But this year, the tournament is trying to seduce even more fans of the game thanks to the precious packages to the World Series of Poker Europe in Cannes (WSOPE) offered to the main event finalists. After two glorious stages in Toulouse and in Nice, a step in Lille awaits poker enthusiasts from June 3 to 5, 2011. For the € 1,500 main event which will start on Saturday, June 4 from 12 a.m, organizers estimate to meet 155 participants in the poker room of the Casino Barrière of Lille. Thus, the prize pool could reach € 200,000. Note that a guaranteed prize of € 96,000 composed of eight packages to the WSOPE Cannes is already waiting the best in the game. On Friday, June 3, qualifying satellite tournaments for this great event will be organized.
In addition to this flagship event, many side event tournaments are also in the program of this BPT Lille. There will, among other things the Knockout + Random Bounty of € 440 buy-in, the Pot Limit Omaha tournament and the € 250 No Limit to be held on Saturday, June 4 from 10:00 p.m or the satellite for the € 1,090 tournament of the WSOPE Cannes that will close the poker festival of Lille. A package of € 1,500 is to win at this satellite with € 200 buy-in. There will be also the Deepstack Freezout of € 550 scheduled for Sunday, June 5 at 2:00 p.m. And for the ladies, the Ladies tournament of € 120 from June 5 at 4:00 p.m will be also provided with two packages of € 850 for the Ladies tournament of the WSOPE Cannes.
