WSOP-C: Jonathan Poche winner of the New Orleans’ stage

The latest stage of the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOP-C) was held at Harrah's poker room, in New Orleans and it was a success. Effectively, 382 participants were registered for the Main Event of $1,500 buy-in. Some renowned players like Dwyte Pilgrim, Allie Prescott and Mike Beasley were seen having seats around the tables and taking chance to win a ticket for the WSOP-C Southern Regional Championship which has to start on May 19th. Anyway, they were not lucky enough to reach the final table.

During this finale day, Lance Craig, the chipleader has been eliminated after Todd Wood tackled him. James McBride, Matt Waxman, Billie Payne, Jake Bazeley and Scott Zakheim lost their place in the same way one after the other and ranked 9th, 8th, 7th, 6th and 5th. Some hours after that, Todd Wood knew the same failure. As holder of the second big stack at the beginning of the game, Josh Evans could rank 3th and earned $54,644. Bobby Toye and Jonathan Poche fight for the first prize in a finale head's up. And despite the good position of the poker player Poche, Bobby Toye did his best to achieve his goal. But unfortunately, he has been given only the second place with $74.783. The biggest part of the prizepool has been awarded to the champion Jonathan Poche.
