France Poker Tour: 1,000 participants for the sixth season
The France Poker tour 2011 (FTP) will start on Thursday 19th of May. This tournament will last around ten days and will end at the Aviation Club de France on Tuesday 29th of May. This French poker circuit includes in its program the France Poker Masters, a side event of € 2,500 buy-in which will last three days from 23th to 25th of May, and will give a starting stack of 40,000 chips to players. Each round will last 60 minutes. And after that, another side event will take place and it takes the name of France Poker Deepstack with € 500 of buy-in. This event is dedicated to the 300 qualified players and will last four days, from 26th to 29th of May. Each participant will be given 20,000 chips to be played during all levels of 45 minutes.
However, the most appreciated and expected of all will be surely the final of the France Poker Tour with € 1,000 of buy-in, which proposes two Day one : the first one will take place on Thursday 19th and the other one held on Friday 20th. As structure, this Main Event will be played with 30,000 chips and 50 minute rounds during the first days. Each round will last 60 minutes for the following days. For this sixth edition ultimate phase, organizers of the France Poker tour expect participation of 1,000 players. With this prevision, an assessment that will be achieved surely, the competition’s prizepool will amount more than € 1 million. In any case, the winner’s name, the one who will replace Valentin Messina will be known at the end of the final event on 29th of May, 2011.
