WPT Seminole Hard Rock: Tommy Vedes on the way for a probable double

Today is the big televised show of the World Poker Tour Seminole Hard Rock (WPT). To recap, the event attracted a field of 433 players generating an enormous prize pool of $ 4,156,800. After two days of competitions, there were only 147 survivors who continue the race. After the third day, the public appreciated once again the talents of Annette Obrestad as she was among the top 10 of the survivors on Day 4. Todd Terry was also in top of his fit at a time because he was able to occupy the place of chipleader at a moment. But any of these two players maintained their ranking until the final day. Indeed, only 6 competitors will have the right to play poker at the final table of the WPT Seminole Hard Rock.

At the top of the list, there is Kriegenbergh Von Taylor who was a finalist of the High Roller Shootout event of the North American Poker Tour Mohegan Sun. He gained a large advantage as he detained the biggest stack of this final, 4,384,000 chips. He will face players as Abbey Daniels, Justin Zaki, the only woman who will participate in the show, Curt Kohlberg who has in his prize list two final tables of the circuit, Allen Bari who shone at the Borgata Summer Open 2008 and the most redoubted player, Tommy Vedes who is fighting for a second bracelet. Indeed, Vedes was crowned champion of the WPT Festa Al Lago 2009 during which he pocketed a tidy sum of $ 1,218,225. He will certainly want to occupy the top spot of the tournament with a prize of $ 1,122,340.
