Monte Carlo: The German Julian Kabitzke as winner of The One

The first edition of the Everest Poker One tournament held in the Salle des Palmiers of Sporting Club de Monte Carlo was a great success. In fact, 221 players with an important number of celebrities joined the capital of Monaco to participate in this poker tournament. And at the end of this exceptional competition, the German Julian Kabitzke grabbed the coronation with a gain of € 300,000 after having ousted his compatriot Alexander Debus during the final heads'up. The runner up was for his part awarded with a bonus of € 170,000. The Champion of the World Poker Tour Venice, Alessio Isaia, who was in good fit during this championship come to gradually evolve with his low stack at end to finish in the 4th place.



The famous Australian poker player Joel Dodds also missed the title by finishing third at the final table. However, he was entitled to a place on the podium of the poker room. The representatives of France, Manuel Bevand, Julien Pouchain and Xavier Carrugli played well in poker because they managed to be finalist and placed respectively in the 9th, 6th and 5 th place. But other French players also made a good run and finished in the money list namely Imad Darwish, Rebecca Gerin Marc Inizan, Germain Gillard and Nicolas Poloniato. The British Adrian Aston and the German Marc Sander completed the final table and ended respectively the tournament at the 7th and 8th rank.
