Bounty Shootout NAPT Mohegan Sun: Jason Mercier won for the second time the title

Like Vanessa Selbst in the main event of the North American Poker Tour Mohegan Sun (NAPT), Jason Mercier also won for the second time the High Roller Bounty Shootout of $ 10,300. Note that 78 players were registered during this event in the poker room of Mohegan Sun to participate in this tournament. And as usual, this kind of event always attracts the best of the discipline. Thus, several major poker players were part of the list of participants like the champions of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Joe Cada and Jonathan Dumahel, Victor Ramdim, Taylor von Kriegenbergh and Barry Greenstein. Note that the Bounty during the final table was $ 10,000 and the player who managed to eliminate the most competirors also received a place for the Bounty Shootout event of the next stage of the NAPT.



Jason Mercier pocketed the victory at the final table during which he face Joe Sweeney who was the first to leave the final table, Micah Raskin (8th), Scott Blackman (7th), Jimmie Guinther (6th), Taylor von Kriegenbergh (5th), Jonathan Jaffe (4th), Michael Pesek who occupied the third place and the runner-up Eugene Kachalov who pocketed thanks to this ranking the prize of $ 66,000. Jason Mercier defended well his title because last year, the same of this tournament returned to him. For his new feat, he was entitled to a reward of $ 246,600 and and access to the next Bounty Shootout during which he can pretend a third title. The young champion of 24 years is accumulating more and more victory recently. He currently holds a total gain of $ 5.5 million. And given his enormous talent for playing poker, he may accomplish greater achievements in the years to come.
