World Poker Tour Bratislava: The Colombian Robbert Romanello wins the title

The total field of the World Poker Tour Bratislava finally reached 221 participants, a tournament that can be characterized as relatively successful because the meeting was held in the midst of two major steps of European poker circuit that is the EPT Snowfest and that of the stage of the same tournament in Berlin. The total prize pool collected amount them € 488,935 and this sum was shared among the 27 best players in the game and of course, the biggest share, or € 140,685 was offered to the winner. And it was the Colombian player Robbert Romanello, chip leader at the beginning of this final table who kept his advantage until the end of the meeting. Indeed, at the end of Day 3, he already awarded the first place by accumulating a large stack of 1,803,000 chips. Jesper Hoog ended up second with 1,042,000 chips in hand during the first minutes of the final. But at the finish, he ranked only at the fifth place.

Most French players were eliminated at the start of Day 3, which explain the fact that no player of the Hexagon is listed on the final table. Indeed, the best French performance was that of Bernard Yoann who reached the 14 th place, Mathieu Sustrac who finished 28th and Itay Rokni who succeeded in accessing the money. And to return at this final table of the WPT Bratislava, just after Romanello, we found in the final ranking Mayu Roca in second place, winning € 71,000, Alexander Jager (€ 42,000) and Franck Dollinger (€ 33,000) at fourth position of this poker tournament.
