WPT Vienna: The Russian Dmitry Gromov chip leader at the final table

The start of the final table of the World Poker Tour Vienna (WPT) of this day looks pretty rough and the victory is not acquired even for the favorites. At the end of day 3, even if the Russian Dmitry Gromov lead the meeting with a fairly comfortable advantage, with a total of 5,325,000 tokens, or 2 million chips more compared to his nearest rival, however, only the final results of the day will tell who will be the winner. And if we talk about the experiment, the provisional chip leader has indeed a remarkable track record because he was already the winner of the Russian Poker Series and the Deepstack Extravaganza at the Venetian but also his competitors. Simon Ravnsbaek with 3.265 million chips, Maksim Kolosov who holds 1.87 million chips and Mario Adinolfi with a provisional stack of 1,620,000 are his main competitors.

The third day of the WPT Vienna meeting was also marked by the elimination of all French players who were still in the race like Yohann comotyelavinia Aubé who signed the best French performance by finishing in the 13th place winning at the same time € 15,500 and Marc LocSta Inizan who was eliminated from this poker tournament at the 30th rank. Note that this WPT step held in the Austrian capital was available for an entrance fee of € 3,500 and was attended by 555 players, generating a total prize pool of € 1,776,000. The winner of this event will be entitled to a nice bonus of € 447,840.
