Poker destinations: A wide range of choice for enthusiasts
As opposed to some ten years ago, a multitude of destinations for the various poker tournaments are available today to followers of the discipline. The current popularity of online poker and live tournaments must also somehow to this disparity of places, which, without financial resources, participation of players was previously lacking due to travel on the tournament site. For a decade, organizers but also online poker rooms and poker club played a key role in promoting poker in general with new fans and creating new circuits around the world in particular.
From Las Vegas in North America to various European tournaments but also Australia and New Zealand have their reputations for quite some years now in addition to other poker destinations such as many countries of South America such as Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Argentina. Other countries and some parts of Asia like the Philippines or Macau or the very attended Bahamas are no exception. But still, new destinations have been coming for some time to broaden the horizons of poker tournaments worldwide if we mention only the recent events in Africa that already have their places in this discipline. Among other, there are live tournaments in Morocco, Tunisia and those of South Africa without forgetting all the new entrants since the beginning of 2011 with the tropical destinations of the Indian Ocean with lots of sun as Réunion, Madagascar and Mauritius.
