After his second place at the Lemurian Poker Tour Madagascar, Jeremie Guez had just taken a beautiful trophy which is the Marrakesh Poker Tour XIX (MPO) title, a victory with a big reward of € 39,438. This tournament of € 1,350 was attended by 142 participants composed of many top players, much of whom failed after the second day of competition as Alain Roy, Isabelle Mercier, Mesbah Guerfi or Marc Trijaud who finished 11th. After the elimination of Rémi Marrale of the game, the 9 finalists stood out and well known players like Hairabedian son, Leo Laslandes and Karine Nogueira were included.

In search of a prestigious title and eager to find a sponsor to start a career as a poker pro, Jérémie Guez deployed substantial resources to shine on the gaming tables of the Casino Es Saadi poker room. He played poker against opponents of size but this didn't prevent him to win the trophy. Leo Laslandes was ousted earlier of this final table and finished at the eighth position. Gregory Hairabedian also missed the title and finished in the 6th spot while Karina Nogueira finished 5th. After the removal of Benjamin Hannuna in the 4th place and Samas Parsh in the third, Jeremie Guez and Michel Marcone started the final duel that ended with a victory of Guez. Mohamed Mlanao occupied the 9 th place of the this tournament and Florent Marques finished 7th.
