LAPT: Alex Manzano, the first Chilean champion of the tournament

536 participants enrolled in various stages of the Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) for this 2011 edition. The buy-in of this Latin American tournament part of the 4th edition was set at $ 3,000 and a prize pool valued at $ 1.6 million were distributed. Therefore, the best player in the grand final to be held in the month of September of this year in a place still unknown at this time will pocket a tidy sum of $ 370,000.



In all, the 4th edition of the Latin American Poker Tour of this year is composed of five stages, the first was held in Sao Paulo in Brazil on lats February 16 to 20, 2011. It knew the first victory of a Chilean player in a step of this tournament in South America since its inception in May 2008.
