WPT LA Poker Classic: Joe DeNiro leads temporary the $ 10,000 event

The poker room of the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles is a meeting point of poker stars who are currently competing for the prestigious title of World Poker Tour (WPT) LA Poker Classic. Indeed, the $ 10,000 buy-in event of the Commerce Casino was attended by 681 participants, most of whom are top players. Note that the total prize pool of $ 6,537,600 is a record and this colossal sum of money will be shared between the 63 best players of the game with a big share of $ 1.6 million for the winner. Two full days of racing action took place and only 238 players were able to survive. Those survivors will then begin the Day 3.

Joe DeNiro, a poker player who participated in many different events in Los Angeles and in the West Coast is leading the pack at the moment with a huge advantage in chips because he is the only one to have surpassed the bar of 300k. However, a horde of great players are also in good position for this race to name Carlos Mortensen, James Carroll, Allen Cunningham, Jennifer Tilly, and Michael Mizrachi. The latter is a true master of the circuit and has already won the title of WPT LA Poker Classic in 2005. He is preparing to renew his feat to climb the title of player holding three WPT titles and the first to have done twice in this event. And The Grinder can take on such a challenge. But other stars such as Mike Matusow, Phil Ivey, Bertrand Grospellier, Joe Hachem, Erik Seidel and many others are also ready to play poker with ferocity and determination to win the trophy.
