Big Poker Series Madagascar: The success was at the appointment

The third stop of the Big Poker Series has just ended. After Dakar and Marrakesh, it was the turn of the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo, to host the event. Despite the distance of this country, a few important delegation of French players were present at the casino of the Hotel Colbert to play poker during this Lemurian Poker Tour. The € 500 side event attracted some players and ended with a victory of a local player Zouzou Hassim Azim. For the main event of € 1,500 buy-in, 84 participants have been registered. It must be said that the tournament recorded a great success and participants told their satisfaction on the reception and the organization in general.

Note that the main event began last Saturday. After the first day of competition, the runner-up of the French poker reality show La Maison du Bluff, Celine Bastian ended as chip leader. Unfortunately, she was not part of winning players. The final table of the event was therefore composed of three local players and five French players including the son of Hairabedian and Stephane Bazin. When the verdict came down, the trophy returned to Oliver Tseng, a poker player from La Réunion who ousted Jérémie Guez, another participant in the program La Maison du Bluff eager to begin a career as a poker pro, in the final duel. The champion was therefore awarded the first prize of € 25,000 while the runner up took home the second prize of € 20,000.
