Ladies on Fire: Lorelei Bot won her place at the WSOP Las Vegas

On last February 5, 69 players among whom some were men participated in the poker tournament Ladies on Fire, a women's tournament offered by the prestigious Circle Cadet in Paris. The elegance and beauty shone out in the playroom during the game because beautiful professional poker players invaded tables to mention players as the champion of the Ladies tournament of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas in 2010 Vanessa Hellebuyck, Barbara Martinez, Marion Nedellec, Mylène Cogan, Karina Nogueira, Elsa Bargiarelli, Alana Pariente and Laurie Bismuth. The Cadet Club was full of actions during the ten hours of confrontation because the competitors offered all the best of themselves for winning the famous prize which is a package for the next Ladies tournament of the WSOP 2011 and the share of the prize pool valued at € 3,100.



Mylène Cogan, Vanessa Brie, Coralie Naude, Elaine Buiteau and Elsa Bargiarelli acceded to the final table but the last head's up was played between Lorelei Bot and Eleanor Tocque. Bot finally came out victorious in the duel and won the first prize while Eleanor Tocque went back home with € 2,900. The WSOP champion Vanessa Hellbuyck, sponsor of the tournament was eliminated by Frederick Ipas who won the bounty of € 400 of the tournament because of having ousted the 'Dame de Pique'. She told her satisfaction because of the success of the first Circle Cadet women's tournament although its bounty has been awarded to a man. The next event for fans of poker at Cadet Circle will be held on Saturday, February 12. A field of 130 participants will be expected to participate in the tournament of € 40,000 guaranteed prize pool with buy-in of € 400.
