Euro Finals of Poker 2011: The first place of the Gold Championship won by Julien Muel

After the victory of Darko Stojanovic in the Silver championship of € 1,000 buy-in with a prize pool of € 170,715 at the Euro Finals of Poker (EFOP), the Day 3 and final day of competition of the Gold tournament of € 2,000 buy- in with a prize pool of € 290,000 was also interesting. At the resumption of the third round, which began with a field of 12 survivors of the 146 participants who attended the meeting, Pierre Milan was the chip leader with 651,500 chips and Ilan Boujenah held the place of runner up with his 603,000 coins while the hero of the day, Julien Muel had 454,000 chips and at the third rank.

Furthermore, 7 other players reached the final table and won respectively € 35,345 for Dino Marsan, € 21,750 for Pierre Milan, € 16,315 for Christ Falck, € 13,595 for Jean-Noel Thorel, € 10,875 for Pietr Ionescu, € 8155 for Fabien Perrot while the first in the regular ranking of tournaments in the ACF, Tal Sardal pocketed € 5,453.
