France Poker Awards: The nominees for the awards
The Aviation Club de France (ACF) which throne elegantly on the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees will host on February 8 the big annual event France Poker Awards, the event eagerly awaited by French poker enthusiasts who made outstanding achievements throughout the year. The first edition registers a big success and the second also promises to be a big event. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at around 6: 30 p.m and 14 prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. Already, the nominees who can win trophies are known but it is the responsibility of the jury to take the final decision.
For the award of the best ambassador for example, Bruno Fitoussi, Bertrand Grospellier, Fabrice Soulier and Patrick Bruel are competing. La Maison du Bluff, the European Poker Tour, the World Poker Tour and the Stars of Poker are in contention to fight for the prize of the best TV show that is part of the novelties of this second edition as the prize for the best innovation that will be played by Poker Finder, Appli Winamax iPhone, Poker Agenda or Rush Poker. The jury will choose among Marc Inizan, Basile Yaiche, Hugo Lemaire and Raphaël Kroll for the price of the best hope. Alexia Portal, Anais Lerouge, Claire Renaut, Vanessa Hellebuyck are the players selected for the award of the best woman performance category and for the man, there will be Bertrand Grospellier, Fabrice Soulier, Guillaume Darcourt and Nicolas Levi. The prize of online player of the year is disputed between Basile Yaiche, Clement Thumy, Cyril André or Michael Oestreicher. As for the best live event, the jury will decide between the EPT Deauville, the France Poker Tour, the Partouche Poker Tour or the WPT Paris.
