PCA High Roller: Triumph of Will Molson

After 11 hours of exciting game, Will Molson got head to win the title he coveted so, that of High Roller champion of the Poker Caribbean Adventure 2011 (PCA). For two successive years, Molson has to settle for the runner-up place of the event of $ 25,000 buy-in while William Reynolds grabbed the victory in 2009 and Bertrand ElkY ousted him on the final duel in 2010. It was with joy and relief that he received his coronation and his huge prize winner of $ 1,072,850 at Atlantic Resort and Casino in Bahamas on Sunday, January 16, 2011. Note that Molson faced several key players during the final day of the tournament. He knew ups and downs throughout the day. Indeed, there were times when he lead his game with a very low stack and other times when he managed to climb up the chip lead.

Holder of the fewest chips at the beginning of the day, Matt Affleck was the first eliminated, then followed by Tom Marchese and Brandon Steven later. The final table was then started with Leo Fernandez as chip leader. After eliminations of Shander De Vries, Jason Mercier, Matt Marafioti, David Baker, Govert Metaal, Erik Seidel, and Max Lykov, Molson and Fernandez competed in the final heads'up. With a clear advantage in chips, Molson succeeded in achieving his greatest dream. He is finally the PCA High Roller champion. For his performance, Fernandez pocketed $ 544,925.
