PPT Lyon: First success for a first live tournament for Laurent Morel

The first stage of the season 4 of the Partouche Poker Tour took place during the weekend. An appointment in the town of Lyon that gathered a field of 333 participants including 33 candidates that had their qualifying tickets for the Main Event in Cannes. The winner of the tournament is also part of the online qualifiers from € 6. For this feat accomplished, the best player of the tournament 2011, the French Laurent Morel who took part for the first time in a tournament with a live ticket of € 8,500 for the main event of the PPT, won a WSOP package of € 10,000 for the city of Las Vegas as well as € 20,451.



In addition to this unexpected victory of Laurent Morel, in the end of the ranking of the Partouche Poker Tour in Lyon, there is as runner up Evrard Zaouche who pocketed € 11,759, followed by Yann Enziger in third place with earnings of € 6,135 and Pascal Cohen who is in fourth place with € 3,579. All of theses three players had also the privilege of receiving each a WSOP package of € 10,000. Constant Rijkenberg is ranked fifth and won € 2,812. At the sixth place is Olivier Bazin who win € 2,301. At the seventh, eighth and ninth spot are ranked Aydin Abulmuhsin with € 1,789, Christophe Pillassont pocketing € 1,278 and Abdellah Bouzagan who went back home with € 1,024. To remind, Aix-en-Provence will host the next Super Satellite to be held on 26 and 27 February 2011.
