Dame de coeur: A poker story in a strip cartoon
Live and online poker tournaments, poker movies, documentaries about poker players, television shows relating this game and the list is far from being finished when we refer in particular to the various new developments that this New Year concoct for the development of this discipline. What is certain is that fans of this cards game will never lack imagination to contribute to the development of poker. The last known project that will make its appearance at the end of this first month of the year 2011 is the first volume of the poker strip cartoon entitled "Dame de cœur" (Queen of Hearts) of which two other volume will be produced also this year.
The volume 1 of this cartoon will appear at the end of this month, the second issue is planned for the month of March and the third party will be on the market in December 2011. The cartoonist brothers Wilfred and Vincent Desmond, initiators of the project are in collaboration with Philippe Chéreau of NT1 to achieve this masterpiece full of adventures of Bob Michoui, the hero of the story. In summary, the three volumes of "Dame de cœur" tell the story of a student who falls in love with a professional poker player called Vanessa Rousso for some time and will do everything to try to meet her in reality. Bob Michoui must pass various obstacles to achieve his goal as the discovery of the world of online and live poker but mostly he travels a lot to win maybe heart of this girl and the league title. Only the reading of the history of this comics hero will reveal it.
