WSOP-C Regional Championship: The gold ring won by Chris Bell

The second edition of the $ 10,000 buy-in tournament of the World Series of Poker Circuit Championship Regional delivered its verdict at Harrah's Atlantic City. If during the step of Hammond, the event attracted 226 players, the edition of Atlantic City experienced a decline in attendance with only 136 registered players. Nevertheless, the public had the right to assist to a wonderful event. Thus, Jason Burt, Todd Terry, Ketan Pandya, Micah Raskin, Nick Mitchell, Seth Fischer, Chris Klodnicki, Andy Frankerberger and Chris Bell participated in the final table of the tournament. The battle was long and tiring because it took seven hours to see the first player who was Seth Fisher, who held the lowest stack at the party, leave the table. Nick Mitchell suffered a similar fate some time later and then followed by Jason Burt.

Andy Frankerberger was among the favorites for this final table. With a trophy and a World Poker Tour final table in the same circuit, he was the best qualified player to take the throne. Unfortunately, he was ranked 5th, victim of an attack of Klodnicki. Other competitors surrendered to gradually let the two chip leader of the final, Chris Bell and Klodnicki finishing the battle. It was a pretty tight battle, but ultimately, Chris Bell eventually take over and removed Klodnicki's for the place of runner up. It is therefore his second WSOP Trophy and with this victory, Bell win the $ 358,295 first prize and the gold bracelet.
