European tournaments: Several major events not to be missed for January 2011
The new year 2011 won't be a quiet year for poker players according to the program of the first month whether in Europe or elsewhere. For the particular case of European poker pro circuit, the month of January will first an appointment with the Partouche Poker Tour (PPT) and France Poker Tour (FPT). In addition, there will be events of the Italian Poker Tour in Italy and the European Masters of Poker (EMOP) in the Canary Islands. The first Super Satellite of the Partouche Poker Tour in the city of Lyon will begin the festival on January 8 and 9, 2011. The Main Event of € 1,500 buy-in will be played at Lyon Vert Casino with other programs as many other tournaments scheduled. Only 10% of participating players will be invited to the Cannes Grand Final in September 2011.
Two other prestigious appointments will also mark the first month of next year with the Italian Campione Poker Tour to be held from January 20 to 24 during which the entry fee to participate in the Main Event is set at € 2,200 and the inaugural stage of the season 3 of the European Poker Masters Of Canary Islands from January 20 to 23. The entry fee for the Main Event of the EMOP is € 1,100. Finally, a few other tournaments in France will end in beauty the European circuit for the month of January as a freeroll of the first stage of the France Poker Tour Season 6 which dates are to be confirmed and also the European Poker Tour in the city of Deauville from January 25 to 31. The buy-in of the Main Event is at € 5,300.
