Los Angeles Poker Classic: A full agenda for 2011
The year 2011 will begin with a major poker festival in Los Angeles. Indeed, the program for the next Los Angeles Poker Classic (LAPC) has just been unveiled. From January 19 to March 3, 2011, therefore, the Commerce Casino will host the next edition of LAPC 2011 with 53 events with buy-in set between $ 125 and $ 10,000. Poker enthusiasts will once again have the chance to fight for the title of two key events including the LAPC Main Event $ 10,000 and the World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational. Note that the tournament offers $ 20 million guaranteed prize pool. To attract more competitors and delight fans of the circuit, organizers concote a multitude of tournaments with modest buy-in allowing players to win attractive gains.
On February 2, a No Limit Hold'em tournament of $ 125 will take place throughout the day providing an opportunity for smaller players to be part of the field of the famous Commerce High Roller $ 25,000 to be held on Feb. 27. Satellites and super satellites with moderate buy-in will be also organized to give players the chance to win their seats for the Main Event. Among the new features of the LAPC 2011 are a No Limit Hold'em Senior of $ 545 dedicated for players aged over 50 years, the Knockout Bounty tournament, the 7 Game Mix, Double Stack event and 2-7 Single Draw. And to top it off, the 8 Game Mix on February 17 and the Head's Up Championship from February 22 will be available for $ 5,100 buy-in. See you then at Commerce Casino from January 19 !
