Brad Richards' Poker Stars: A fundraising for the Children's Medical Center of Dallas
Supporting the Children's Medical Center of Dallas is one of the priorities of the Brad Richards foundation. Children's Medical Center is a pediatric hospital specializing in treating blood diseases and cancer. With the increasing of the number of children requiring care issued by the center, it became inevitable to construct new spaces in order to receive patients in good condition and in a more suitable environment. To achieve this objective, the hospital requires a sum of $ 18.7 million. Thanks to the goodwill of many organizations and the generosity of some people, a sum of $ 12 million has already been collected. If the hospital comes to collect $ 4.7 million by the end of the year, the foundation JE and LE Mabee promises to provide the remaining $ 2 million for the project. What prompted the foundation Brad Richards to organize a charity poker tournament to raise funds to support the hospital.
