WPT Amnéville: A great success for Seven Casino

For its first pass through the city of Moselle region, in France, Amnéville, the prestigious circuit World Poker Tour (WPT) is currently recording a great success. In fact, 262 participants were present at Seven Casino to participate in Day 1A. Note that the buy-in for the WPT Amnéville was € 3,500, and as forecast, the organizers estimated a field of 500 participants and providing a prize pool of around € 1.5 million. For the first qualifying day, competitors received each 30,000 starting chips for an hour of play. At the end of day 1A, the Lebanese Georges Chehade was at the top of the list with 230,900 chips in hand. But the French Jean-Paul Pasqualini also well defended the honor of France by accumulating the second biggest stack of the event. After a short appearance, even if there were still some 110 survivors for Day 2, some players and celebrities have already said good bye to the WPT Amnéville stage as David Jaoui, Bruno Launais, Jeff Williams, Vikash Dhorasoo, Jake Cody, Leo Truche, Arnaud Mattern and Pedro Canali.

Note that the Aviation Club de France has so far been the only place having earned the privilege to host this tournament. We must therefore say that the Seven Casino Amnéville had just made a name in the poker world for this first test very fruitful. The poker community can expect a series of very interesting competition for Day 2 and appreciate the talents of Jean-Paul Pasqualinni, Guillaume Cescut, Adrien Allain, Per Linde, Marc Inizan, Alain Roy and Paul Pires-Trigo on gaming tables without forgetting the qualified in the Day 1B whose field is filled with renowned players to name Ludovic Lacay, Antony Lellouche, Tristan Clémençon or Valentin Messina.
