Provence Poker: A Toussaint festival for its 3 years
The Provence Poker will blow out its three candles this year 2010. To mark this anniversary, this French amateur club is preparing a weekend poker festival of Toussaint on October 31st and November 1st. It was indeed in 2006 that a group of friends from Salon de Provence had the wonderful idea of creating the Provence Poker which plays an important role in the development of amateur poker in France and which is also one of the founder of Clubs of Club association by being from the beginning a full member of its Board of Directors. The club of Provence was the initiator of the Championnat National par Équipe des Clubs (CNEC) of National Championship per Team of Clubs in February 2010.
To return to the celebration of its third year, the Provence Poker offer an enticing program for the celebration of Toussaint weekend. To start, an inter-club tournament organized by the Club of Clubs and counting for the National Championship per Team of Clubs (CNEC) will be played on the morning of Saturday, October 31st from 10am. In the evening, a Main Event “Deepstack Birthday"will take place at 6 pm and this for 2 days. This tournament will offer 15,000 starting chips with a structure of progressive blind every 40 minutes. Moreover, those who have not had a chance on the first day or those who are absent on the day before, a Side Event will be held on Sunday November 1st from 11am. This anniversary will be marked by the presence of the sponsors of the club : Nicolas Derval ( finalist of the EPT Scandinavian Open in Copenhagen in 2008) and Vojislav Petrov (30th in the Event 42 of the WSOP Event Mixed).
