Caribbean Adventure 2011: Ten days of poker festival in the Bahamas

The Caribbean Adventure is a real wonderful circuit that attracts the attention of poker enthusiasts at the beginning of each year. Composed of several events, the Caribbean Adventure is also an opportunity to escape to the beautiful islands of the Bahamas. In 2011, it will be the lavish Atlantis Resort and Casino who will host the usual competitors in this grand festival of poker which will run from January 7th to 16th, 2011. If during the 2010 step, 47 tournaments were in the program, organizers have decided to aim higher in the next step with 50 events to compete including two No Limit Hold'em High Roller tournaments of $ 100,000 and $ 25,000 buy-in. A multitude of buy-in moderate tournaments between $ 150 and $ 5,000 buy-in will also be held to allow less fortunate players to take part in the festival as Pot Limit Omaha, Pot Limit Omaha Hi Lo, 8 Games, Pot Limit Hold'em and other poker variants.



The main event will begin on January 8th, 2011. Participants should pay an entrance fee of $ 10,300 and the coronation will take place within six days after the start of the competition. Last time, 1,592 players were registered to compete for the title won by the young player of 19 years, Harrison Gimbel, who was also crowned as the youngest player holder of the title for the occasion.
