Marrakesh Poker Open XVI : Women in the spotlight
After the coronation of Sarah Herzali during the € 900 buy-in tournament, the € 1,800 buy-in tournament of the Marrakesh Poker Open XVI has also crowned a woman who is Barbara Martinez. The French woman was the only woman in the field of 68 participants and has done a magnificent run. The Romanian Petre Bogdan Ionescu had the biggest stack of the game and he managed to keep his advantage until the final heads'up. Moreover, many competitors were among his victims.
