Morocco : Beautiful victory of Sarah Herzali
A multitude of poker players like Mesbah Guerfi, Chistophe Savary, Jean-Jacques Mars, Hugo Lemaire, Alain Roy but also Big Roger participated in the tournament of € 900 buy-in held at Casino Es Saadi of Morocco last Sunday, September 12th. It is one of the best events in the poker festival of Morocco. Renowned international stars like David Benyamine were present at this event. However, none of these illustrious players were able to capture the title. Indeed, the victory in this competition has been won by the lovely Sarah Herzali. This Frenchwoman passionate of poker is therefore facing a huge challenge because despite the competence and reputation of her opponents, she imposed her style of play.
Spectators and participants who attended this competition were far from suspecting that the coronation would return to an amateur. After crossing a field consisting of players from different nationalities, Herzali did an outstanding achievement while serving largely the honor of France. After the final heads'up opposing her to the Algerian Kader Medhajed, she seized the throne and the first prize of € 19,046. But players who experienced defeat in the first two tournaments will still have a chance to race for other titles because other events are waiting for them within the framework of the Marrakesh Poker Open XVI, but also the € 4,500 Main Event buy-in promising a prize pool of € 300,000.
