British Poker Awards: The United Kingdom congratulate his players this September 13th

As usual, London, one of the major cities of European poker, will be at center of interests throughout the month of September. Indeed, with the new editions of the English Poker Open, the World Series of Poker Europe and eventually the European Poker Tour, London Poker Festival will be like any other event an appointment not to be missed during the 9th month of the year 2010. The first trophy of British poker will be awarded there. This ceremony called British Poker Awards will be an opportunity for the UK to reward its best poker players. Scheduled for Monday, September 13th in the evening, the celebration of the first edition will have as masters of ceremony Antonio 'The Magician' Esfandiari and Michael Caselli.



A rather special evening will mark this appointment of poker of Great Britain because a lot of fans will be able to see in flesh and blood world stars as Roland de Wolfe, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliot or James Akenhead. Other big players will also be present at this event like Vicky Coren, Neil Channing and Tony Holden. If you miss the opportunity to attend it, you can still take part in voting your favorite British player in a dozen categories available including the best player of cash game, the best player in tournament, the best online player and the best English poker website without forgetting the prize for the best international player to choose between Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Patrik Antonius, Michael Mizrachi, Sorel Mizzi or the mysterious Isildur1. Furthermore, a £ 50 buy-in freezeout tournament with pros after the show is open to the public of the British Poker Awards.
