WPT London High Roller: The title and £ 141,000 for Justin Smith

The high roller with a buy-in worth $ 15,000 of the World Poker Tour London (WPT) crowned as champion Jack Cody. This event attracted 17 players among others are a few known players like Freddy Deeb, Luke Schwartz, Andrew Robl, Frank Kassel and Bruno Fitoussi. This kind of championship promise excellent bonus to the winner and everyone did their best to be part of the paid list. Freddy Deeb managed to rank in the third position. Even if he missed the title and the jackpot, he still pocketed a tidy sum of £ 56,400 for his magnificent performance. The final duel was facing Tony G and Justin Smith.



The American Justin Smith started this head's up final with a large advantage in number of chips. Thus, the Lithuanian was not strong enough to win in the game. Justin Smith then clinched the title and the £ 141,000 promised for the winner. This 21 years poker player did a spectacular course during his career as a poker pro. Indeed, he recorded great results in the World Poker Tour circuit of which a second place in the WPT Bellagio in 2010 and a third place last year. But he is also a formidable opponent on tables of High Stakes 6 Max online. Moreover, he did not hide his euphoria of finally winning a title. Justin Smith therefore currently had a gain of $ 1.6 million in tournament. Tony G won the prize for the runner up of £ 84,600.
