Italian Poker Tour San Remo : Great victory of Castelluccio at home
The Italian Poker Tour that was traveling last week in San Remo, just ended. In short, it's a € 2,200 buy-in tournament for a period of over five days which raised a total prize pool of € 768,240 and has seen participation of 396 players willing to steal the title and price of € 200,000 or $ 286,903 to the winner. During this game, the Italian poker player Sergio "geniodelletartarughe" Castelluccio surpassed everyone. At the end of Day 1A, 146 players were sure to take part in the Day 1B and was subsequently reduced to the number of 31 at the end of Day 2. The last day of the tournament helped to nominate finalists in the last 8 players, and spectators were witnessing a large control of Transalpine players who won all seats, including that of the chip leader, which returned to the businessman Salvatore Chillemi with 1,782,000 chips.

An the final scene of The Italian Poker Tour San Remo has been dominated by "geniodelletartarughe" Castelluccio, Sergio ranked first with € 200,000, € 120,000 for Demontis Stefano at the 2nd place, Alberto Di Vilio 3rd winning € 77 000, 4th Giuseppe De Blasio (€ 57,000), 5th Matteo Taddia (€ 38,500), 6th Salvatore Chillemi (€ 31,000), Christian Cipriano 7th (€ 23,000) and Alberto Palchetti who was at the 8th place won € 15,140. After the stop in the town of San Remo, the next appointment of the Italian Poker Tour will be held in Nova Gorica, on September 22nd, 2010.
