Liberalization of French online games : Mixed results two months after

After the euphoria caused by the famous legalization of French online game market made two months ago, the time is to make a quick assessment on this game practice becoming inseparable for many players. Apart from the major French historical groups as the PMU and FDJ, other new players came into the arena to share this lucrative and coveted market of online poker and sports betting. A dozen in all, most of which are helped financially and materially by large groups. By analyzing closely the batch, there is a wide disparity on the operators involved : communication groups such as Canal + Eurosport through TF1, group manager of casinos in France as Barriere, Partouche or the powerful Europeans bettors which are no longer to present like Bwin, BetClick ...

But what is obvious in this recent opening is that players have little choice, especially since only the poker variant Texas Hold'em is the only game available, this variant boomed thanks to social networking like Facebook. The second concern for the French players is that they can not play against other players from other countries. This was not the case before. As a result, frustration is gaining among many concerned. That sums up the results from this regulation that has already let spending... a lot of chips.
