Joseph Cheong : On the way to defend South Korea in the November Nine

If Antoine Saout was the pride of France last year defending all the French community in the final of the World Series of Poker, this year, other countries like South Korea will have the opportunity to be represented. Joseph Cheung, a citizen of South Korea will be among the non-American to sit on the final table of the WSOP 2010. Skilled and ferocious, Joseph "sublime" Cheong will begin this final battle with the third largest stack amounting 23,525,000 chips. Prior to his distinguished career at the WSOP Main Event 2010, Joseph Cheong recorded two cashes in the tournament No Limit Hold'em 6-Max $ 1,500 buy-in during which he finished at the 24th place and the NLHE event 6-max $ 5,000 buy-in. And his biggest live tournament cash was collected during the preliminary event Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit $ 340 buy-in during which he bagged a rich price $ 17,541.

And like all other poker enthusiasts, Cheong ventured into online tournaments during his infancy. And his talent was truly remarkable because he managed to earn huge gains in the cash game circuit. He will nevertheless face the chip leader, Jonathan Dumahel, and many other very famous players like Michael Mizrachi before having the opportunity to reach his goal. But the graduate of La Mirada, California certainly didn't said yet last word because there will be more than $ 9 million at stake in this latest phase of the World Championship Poker 2010.
