Deepstack Open: Jean Marc Ahiary shined in Namur

The season of poker tournament of all kinds is open across the four corners of the world. Events are organized almost everywhere showing the talent of young French players. Recently, Frederic Brunet let talked about him in Dublin while Julien Subreville wrote his name in the list of winners in Aix-en-Provence, these two tournaments enter both in the Open Deepstack DSO. In Namur, Belgium, Jean Marc Ahiary distinguished himself by moving up to the underside of the lot consisting of 520 poker players at the start. This third stage of the DSO was at Casino de Namur. The buy in was € 550 which permits harvesting a tidy prize pool of € 239,424.

At this meeting, the level of play was quite high, everyone found fun with both Day 1 and 50,000 starting chips. And it was still a French who shone during this Belgian battle in the person of Jean Marc Ahiary. He was not the only one because in the final table also featured his countrymen such as Loic Le Molgat, Marc Szymanski, Steven Moreau, Jerémy Beller, etc. who bagged each more than € 1,000. Others have won more than € 1,200 as Alain Barthelemy, Paul Byrne, Gabriel Clement Lahcene Essakhi. The list of those who have been paid is not closed. In this struggle, the Dutchman Naaalden Marcus, former bracelet winner at the WSOP 2009, finished 28th overall. With this armada of French players in the final, it is logical that the victory returned to a player from France.
