Grand Slam of Poker : Bruce Buffer stroke down all his opponents

The presenter of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Bruce Buffer, won the title of the tournament Grand Slam of Poker, held at the Hustler Casino in Los Angeles. Buffer is a big fan of poker and he has already participated in various tournaments since 2005 but never managed to get a victory. The Main Event tournament brought together 1,484 players who paid a buy-in of $ 225 with a guaranteed prize pool of $ 200,000. The Grand Slam of Poker is one of the few poker events in Los Angeles with a huge guaranteed prize pool, a small buy-in and with several departure days allowing many players to try their luck. Indeed, some unlucky players in the early days thus began to register for another day.

Buffer pocketed $ 75,000 for his feat in this event. This is his best cash in tournament because it greatly exceeds what he earned when he finishing third in a tournament of the LA Poker Classic in 2007. During the World Series of Poker 2010, the presenter of the UFC has also collected a prize by finishing in the 478th place of the Main Event. Buffer therefore holds currently five cash in tournaments and ousted Larry Flynt, the Hustler Casino owner of this domain. Anyway, Buffer has finally won a victory after so many years of practice and it is a major feat accomplished by this businessman and poker fanatic.
