WPT Bellagio Day 3: Phil Ivey, to a new coronation?

The great talent of Phil Ivey has once again distinguished himself at the World Poker Tour Bellagio Cup IV. This wonderful tournament brought together 353 players and the organizers have taken measures to allow unlucky of the main event of the World Series of Poker to try their luck at the WPT Bellagio by accepting registrations at the beginning of the third day of competition. Thus, some big players of poker made late entry but spectacular into the competition as Phil Hellmuth, Tom Dwan, Daniel Negreanu, Chris Ferguson and Phil Ivey. The latter made an outstanding achievement in this championship because after the day 3, he won the 9th place while the third day saw the elimination of several major players. Note that players like Men Nguyen, Annette Obrestad, Todd Brunson remain in the race.

Apparently, Phil Ivey has once again demonstrated that he was one of the best players in the world. At the fourth day of competition, Phil Ivey was able to earn the second largest stack before the dinner break when he left with only 15 competitors in the race. So he followed the chip leader of the moment, Erik Panayiotou, which is a very good position to clinch victory in this stage of the WPT. Note that Phil Ivey has already been crowned champion of the WPT in 2008 at the LA Poker Classic stage during which he pocketed a magnificent bonus of $ 1,596,100. The big poker star is on the way to win his second title. However, Phil Ivey still has work to do to claim the title.
