WSOP: The first bracelet of Steven Kelly

Steven Kelly won the victory in the event No-Limit Hold'em Shootout of $ 1,500 buy-in in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2010. This young prodigy of poker has made an incredible journey in this tournament because this variant of poker requires uncommon talent. While most players let themselves be overwhelmed by pressure and stress, Steven Kelly in his side has been stronger and more durable than ever and has finally won the title ahead of 14 other participants. Thus, without any difficulty, Steven Kelly was part of the list of 14 finalists. Ousting the fiercest player of the game as JC Tran, Annette Obrestad and Jeff King, his opponent in the final head's up, has not been very difficult for him.



Having reached the age of 21 on May 1st, 2010, Kelly is in his first participation in the WSOP and he has already achieved great merit by winning a title, a magnificent win of $ 381,922 and a bracelet. Despite his young age, the poker pro has accumulated six years experience on the gambling tables because actually, he is a professional online poker player. He even created a website that allows other players to exchange their chips to money. During his 6 years career, Steven Kelly has recorded a gain of $ 387,646. With the win, Kelly aka “PokerMaestros" became the fifth youngest player to win a WSOP bracelet, an award well deserved given his skill and his passion for poker.
