WSOP: The mood disorder of Doyle Brunson

If the poker community was accustomed to see the magnificent feats of the legendary Doyle Brunson in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournament, his fans are a little disappointed this year because until here, he has not registered a single Pay up among the 37 events already played. The illustrious 76 years player has even admitted that he is going through a dark passage and should perhaps take a break to discover the reasons for this lack of enthusiasm. But if the great man did not have much inspiration on poker tables of the WSOP, he has been rather dynamic in other circumstances.

Indeed, Doyle Brunson has launched verbal attacks to certain people who predicted the deaths of his two son. He was a little angry and said he would meet people who have issued such an omen in a dark alley. For Brunson, it is an insult to his family. He also shouted unpleasant remarks against the young Norwegian star Annette Obrestad about the competence of online players. Obrestad told him she would love to play poker against him in order to prove the performance she has accumulated in online tournaments. A challenge that Brunson has kindly accepted by answering that he is in Bobby's Room where the young woman really wants a meeting. But perhaps that Brunson has found his attitude somewhat shifted towards ladies of the poker community when he addressed words of apology to them and to Obrestad.
