French online poker: The Club of Clubs as adviser

Given the scope of work that is the responsibility of the Regulatory Authority of Online Games (ARJEL) in France after the validation of the opening of the French gambling online market, some advice from highly qualified people in the world of online poker would prove essential. This is especially true as the content of legislation on this deal is vague on some points. These fervent advisers of ARJEL should have perfect knowledge of the virtual world of this game very popular so they can provide appropriate advice to resolve problems that might occur during the transit time. And already, the ARJEL has received the application of a known entity. Indeed, the Club of Clubs (CDC) has filed its candidacy to the Prime Minister Francois Fillon last week for its eligibility for the post.

Everyone knows the tremendous work done by the CDC for the poker community. Effectively, since 2006, the CDC includes many poker clubs in France fully mobilized for the protection of poker players and the work was brought to the attention of many leading figures in the poker world and the state authorities like the Senator Trucy. Maintaining its candidacy as an advisory body to the ARJEL is therefore obvious. Moreover, because the players are the main actors that will bring millions of dollars to fund the government through taxes that will be imposed, they deserve to be well represented.
